As a man you must have discovered your purpose before you desire a partner. Albert Oduwole says " Until you have a life you don't need a life partner.
Your partner in life should be chosen based on your purpose In life. As a man,you just don't marry for pleasure but for purpose

Apart from discovering your purpose,you need to develop yourself; you must make yourself as good as the person you desire.

 YOU ATTRACT THE VERY PERSON THAT YOU ARE.

                 BE THE ONE YOU SEEK.
Water will always finds its level. Proverbs 27 :19 says, "Don't ever become so preoccupied with who you want that you forget who you are".
Develop and exhibit the qualities you want in your potential partner.

 Let's consider some crucial areas of developments:

                  Develop spiritually
Have a relationship with God. A good wife is a compensation from God. Proverbs 18:22..
You are expected to be the priest of your home;develop your prayer life and be a word addict. You are expected to raise godly children
 YOU CAN ONLY GIVE WHAT YOU HAVE.

                  Develop economically
   One of the major areas of conflict in home is finance. You must be man of vision; with multiple streams of income. Accept responsibility and be economically empowered.
Adam was busy tilling the garden before God brought Eve to him.

To be looking for a wife when you don't have any stable source of income is wrong, no wonder the sisters keep saying they are praying on your proposal . If no man employs you,employ yourself there is dignity in labor. NO WORK ,NO WORTH. Stop complaining that women are expensive, go for your size.

Frankly speaking, it take's FINANCE T0 RUN ROMANCE.
You are not Abraham, living in your father's boy's quarter and be looking for a wife is an aberration.
You are to prepare your work outside before you establish your home.

                    Develop Emotionally
Marriage is not designed for boys .Genesis 2: 24 says it.
Male maturity does not come with age it comes with acceptance of responsibility. As a man,you must have a sense of direction to be followed.
In tandem with the above, as a man you are expected to be able to make informed decision and face the consequences of your action not apportioning blames. Also, you must be independent not tied to the apron of your parents.

Finally, age is never an index of maturity. Apart from growing old ,you must be growing up.
 The scripture attested to Jesus growth, even though He was born as a child but the child grew in stature(physically),in wisdom ( mentally),in favor with God (spiritually) and with men (socially).

As Gbeminiyi Eboda rightly said,"A MAN WHO IS NOT MADE FOR MARRIAGE,WILL  NOT BE MADE  IN MARRIAGE".
